The Greek word epignosis, used in the New Testament some twenty times (Strong's 1922), refers to an experiential form of Divine (or 'Spiritual') knowing.  Similarly, and as a team of (urban) practitioners, we understand Ken Wilber's use of the term injunction (practice, exemplar, or paradigm) to literally mean, "if you want to know this, do this" (see: The Marriage of Sense and Soul - Wikipedia).

Consequently, it's this process of engaging the shared collective dimensions of conscious experience that best describes our group's mission and approach to its work. In this same regard then, we subsequently ascribe to an integral meta-methodological framework reflected in various models including Theory U, AQAL, Spiral Dynamics, and Terri O'Fallon's, StAGES (see image).
