Urban Practitioner's Workshop - Roanoke
Live Streaming the Presencing Institute's - Global Forum 2014
Tuesday, February 11th - 8:00 am to 1:00 pm
Wednesday, February 12th - 8:00 am to 12:00 pm
As an urban ecosystem lab, Group Epignosis is pleased to be co-hosting this free, two-day "live stream" event with 16 West as a satellite-participant of the Presencing Institute's, Global Forum 2014. The workshop will be conducted in a "real-time", interactive format to facilitate creative, process-directed experiences utilizing small working groups to engage one another in collaborative dialogue and design.
Because our publication last September of, "A Marriage of Sense and Soul" coincided with Presencing Institute chair and Theory U proponent, Otto Scharmer's release of, Leading from the Emerging Future: From Ego-System to Eco-System Economies, our group has found itself in a remarkably innovative position.
Consequently, and as one of the institute's Resilient Cities projects, Project Epignosis is reflective of an early urban ecosystem action plan (i.e. "prototype"). We're subsequently embracing this unique opportunity to further explore our co-creative potential in relation to MIT's CoLab and URBAN, one of its learning network partners. We hope you'll join us!
